YOGA HOLIDAYS are held on the Greek Island of Naxos at the elegant 4- star Plaza Beach Hotel away from the nearby village and commanding its own beach.

The menu includes a range of Greek and international vegetarian meals, derived from a rich selection of fresh local produce. A daily walk takes place early in the morning, and the 2 yoga classes are conducted outdoors under the blue sky in the early morning and late afternoon.
